Our history · since 1979
A synthesis of art, luxury and innovation.
We create exclusive jewelry art objects that combine the craftsmanship of diamond cutting with fine art. Almost fifty years of industry background stand behind every piece.
Today, the management team carries forward the family’s story — combining a wealth of diamond expertise and a global diamond network with forward-thinking strategies, and a new collaboration with artist Taras Yoom.
This story took shape thanks to a talented family of Armenian craftsmen — the Gasparian family, who for several generations have dedicated their lives to the art of creating jewelry and producing diamonds.
Razmik Gasparian was a founding member of the Gasparian diamond family — a fine jeweller from the USSR. He integrated traditional Armenian ornament with European minimalism, which became the hallmark of his style.
He loved his work so much, and was so eager to learn from world experience and modern jewelry-making technologies, that as soon as the borders opened in 1993 he flew to the USA and spent several years perfecting his craft.
This genuine love for jewelry, and Razmik's experience, were passed on to his sons as well.

Since 1979 the second generation of the Gasparian family turned to professional diamond processing and trading, starting at one of the largest factories in the USSR and Europe — Kristall (later renamed Shoghakn), in the Republic of Armenia.
It was one of the biggest polished-diamond productions in the Europe of that time, with a cutting potential of 140,000 carats annually.
In 1983 Yuri Gasparian, to further his professional skills, entered the Moscow State Geological Prospecting University at the Department of Mineralogy and Gemology and, with that excellent knowledge, returned to Kristall as Chief Technologist of Diamond Cutting Production.
At different times the Kristall factory was visited by the top officials of the Soviet Union and Soviet Armenia — a mark of its standing at the very heart of the country's diamond industry.

After Kristall, in 1992 Yuri Gasparian became CEO and co-founder of one of the largest private diamond-processing factories in Armenia — Andranik — serving clients from all over the world, especially Israel, India, Europe and the United States.
He specialized in the mass production of premium, “Triple Excellent” grade diamonds — the highest industry standard.
Among Andranik's clients over the years were such giants as ROSY BLUE and TACHÉ — sightholders of DE BEERS — and the world-famous Belgian group ARSLANIAN Diamonds.

Today, with almost fifty years of industry background, the management team carries forward the family's story — combining a wealth of diamond expertise and a global diamond network with forward-thinking strategies.
The third generation created the brand GASP Diamonds — an absolutely unique player that combines the international diamond and art sectors.
Its uniqueness lies in the fact that the company concentrates on non-standard ways of using investment diamonds, in collaboration with contemporary artists and other world-famous art performers.
Trusted by Rosy Blue, Taché and the Arslanian Group — the houses that define the diamond trade.
