First generation: Early beginings.
This story took shape thanks to a talented family of Armenian craftsmen – the Gasparian family, who for several generations have dedicated their lives to the art of creating jewelry and producing diamonds.
Razmik Gasparian was founding member of Gasparian diamond family who was a fine jewller from USSR. He integrated traditional Armenian ornaments with European minimalism, which became the hallmark of his style.
He loved his work so much and wanted to get acquainted with world experience and learn modern technologies of jewelry making, that immediately after opening of the boarders in 1993 he flew to the USA and spent several years improving his professional skills.
Of course this genuine love for jewelry and experience of Razmik had been spread to his sons as well.
The USSR Supreme Soviet Chairman Anastas Mikoyan visited the factory "Kristall", accompanied by Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party Anton Kochinyan and factory Director General Ashot Harutyunyan. (The township of Nor Hachn -1965)
Second generation: Armenian Diamond Centre (ADC)
Since 1979 the second generation of the Gasparian family turned their careers into a professional diamond processing and trading industry starting at one of the largest factories in the USSR and Europe called Kristall (later renamed as Shoghakn), which is located in Rebuplic of Armenia.
It was one of the biggest productions of polished diamonds in Europe of that time with cuting potential of 140.000 carats annually. At different times, the Kristall was visited by top officials of Soviet Union and Soviet Armenia.
In 1983, Yuri Gasparian, in order to furthen his professional skills enters the Moscow State Geological Prospecting University to the Department of Mineralogy and Gemology and after geting brilliant knowledge returns to the Kristall factory as Chief Technologist of Diamond Cutting Production.

Private path and opening to the world
After the Kristall, in 1992, Yuri Gasparian has become a CEO and Co-founder of one of the largest private diamond processing factories in Armenia named "Andranik", which served clients from all over the world, especially from Israel, India, Europe and the United States.
He has been specialized in the mass production of premium, or "Triple Excellent" grade diamonds, which is the highest industry standard.
At different periods amoung "Andranik" factory clients there were such giants as Russia's ALROSA, ROSY BLUE and TACHÉ sightholders of DE BEERS and world-famous Belgian group ARSLANIAN Diamonds.

Third generation: Diamonds' future
Today, with almost 50 years of industry background, the actual management-team carries forward the family’s story, combining a wealth of diamond expertise and a global diamond network with forward-thinking strategies.
